By using a pet plan from Pet Benefit Solutions (“PBS”) you agree to each of the terms and conditions set forth herein ("Plan Terms"). These Plan Terms, together with applicable additional terms and conditions referenced below, are referred to as this "Agreement."
We and our partners may revise and update these Plan Terms from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them. Your continued use of the plans following the posting of revised Terms of Use means that you accept and agree to the changes. You are expected to check this page frequently so you are aware of any changes, as they are binding on you.
We reserve the right to discontinue any plan at any time for any reason. Prices for all plans are subject to change.
Pet Assure is not insurance. Pet Assure is a membership plan administered by Pet Assure Corp. By using a Pet Assure membership, you agree to the terms of the plan detailed on https://www.petassure.com/terms/.
PetPlus is not insurance. PetPlus is a membership plan administered by PetCareRx, Inc. By using a PetPlus membership, you agree to the terms of the plan detailed by PetCareRx, Inc. on https://www.petcarerx.com/.
PBS does not guarantee, nor is responsible for, the quality, performance, or nonperformance of PetCareRx, Inc. and its PetPlus plan. PBS further disclaims any and all liability arising due to the actions of PetPlus or its parent company, PetCareRx. PBS shares your data with PetCareRx, Inc. to allow you use of the plan.
Total Pet Plan is not insurance. Total Pet Plan is a bundled membership plan consisting of Pet Assure and PetPlus.
If you enrolled in a Pet Assure, PetPlus or Total Pet Plan membership directly through Pet Benefit Solutions on https://www.petbenefits.com/, your membership may be automatically renewed each year. Each renewal shall constitute a separate and distinct membership for the applicable period. If you enrolled in your plan through your employer or through another intermediary, other renewal terms may apply.
For Pet Assure, PetPlus or Total Pet Plan, membership benefits are limited to pets living in the same household as the eligible employee who enrolled in the plan. Memberships are for non-commercial use only, i.e., personal pets.
PBS markets and sells pet health insurance plans from third parties, underwriters, and/or administrative entities of a pet health insurance policy (“Pet Health Insurance Providers”). PBS shares your data with Pet Health Insurance Providers to allow you use of the plan. Policyholders are subject to the terms of the policy purchased from any Pet Health Insurance Provider. PBS does not guarantee, nor is responsible for, the quality, performance, or nonperformance of any Pet Health Insurance Provider. PBS further disclaims any and all liability arising due to the actions of any Pet Health Insurance Provider.
You may be allowed to purchase a Pet Assure, PetPlus or Total Pet Plan membership directly through Pet Benefit Solutions. If so, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase information. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
You agree to pay all charges at the prices we offer, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts. If your plan is subject to recurring charges, then you consent to our charging your payment method on a recurring basis without requiring your prior approval for each recurring charge, until such time as you cancel the applicable Plan. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment.
